On all platforms you can reply back with a text message to any conversation in the Hub by pressing/ clicking the middle of the conversation.
- This will open up the timeline of conversations between you and the other person and you can send a text message using the text message field at the bottom of the screen.
This is a great way to provide a quick reply to any type of communication that you have received whether a telephone call, a text message, or a transcribed voicemail.
Note 1: Check with your Business Phone account administrator to ensure you are setup with a number for SMS, you will need this to reply back via text to an external phone number that called you.
Note 2: SMS/Text Messaging is not supported for Residential plan users of Triple-T.
