When you first sign up, our team will make sure and send you your activation code in an insert with the device being shipped out for the service.
If you will be using your own device, we can get you set up with an activation code while we assist you in getting your own device provisioned for the service.
To activate, log in to the babyTEL web portal, and click "Activate Now!". Accept the terms and conditions, enter in your 911 address, and then enter your code.
When you enter your activation code, your billing cycle date is established. So if you activate on the 7th, your monthly bill will be every 7th of the month.
