It is very likely that your account is in "DND mode" because of a star code that may have pushed accidentally. Dial *79 to fix it.
*78 puts your account in "Do Not Disturb" mode which causes calls to go straight to your voice mailbox. *79 deactivates "Do Not Disturb mode". Please consult the following documents for more information on star codes.
If the star code does not fix it, check that your phone line is completely plugged into the phone 1 jack on the back of your babyTEL device, and securely clipped to your analog phone set.
If it is still not working or is intermittently going to voicemail, you may have an issue with your internet router/firewall. Please email us at "firstname.lastname@example.org" and we can verify your device registration with babyTEL to see if that is there are any issues.
