An orange-coloured conversation means that you have not viewed it yet (by pressing on the middle of the conversation).
- It could be a missed call, text message, or a voicemail that was left.
To set all as read:
Using iOS/macOS/Desktop PC?
- Press/Click the “Set all as Read” icon on the top left-hand side of the screen.
- Press the three-dots menu on the top right-hand side of the screen, and press “Set all as read”
All the conversations in the Hub will now be blue.
