If you already have an ATA in your possession, we probably support it for provisioning. The advantage is a quick and easy connection to babyTEL. We will be able to manage the settings on it very easily for you if you need to make a change to your phone numbers or call display.
Click on Store - Devices
See if your device is on the supported list of devices to be used for provisioning. If so, choose it, and click continue to add it.
Send us an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" with the MAC address, and we will send you the information for getting it provisioned with us.
You will want to have access to its web-interface and then you will just need to copy paste a special link in one of your menus, and reboot the device for it to grab its connection.
If your device is not on the list, you can select in the Device Store to add a "self-managed" device. The cost is $3.95/month to have this feature. We will send you some SIP information and explain to you how to enter that into your device configuration menu.
